Saint Luke’s South Hospital has been committed to Leawood for 20 years. Since opening its doors, Saint Luke’s South has helped the people who live and work here, live the lives they love through exceptional care, personalized services, and a growing array of specialties.
We are proud that the hard work of our providers has earned Saint Luke’s South a 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which measures effectiveness, safety, and patient satisfaction. Saint Luke’s South is the only hospital in Johnson County with this distinction. This achievement recognizes our commitment to deliver the highest quality patient care.
With the addition of the Radiation Therapy Center, located on 119th between Metcalf and Nall, Saint Luke’s patients now have access to comprehensive cancer care in Johnson County.
Saint Luke’s Community Hospitals, opening throughout 2018, are bringing faster, more convenient emergency care to Johnson County and the Kansas City metro area. These licensed and accredited acute-care hospitals feature seven emergency beds and eight-bed inpatient units.
The new Saint Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, which is currently under construction, will be a destination for more than 1,200 patients each year who need advanced therapies supported by state-of-the-art robotic equipment for stroke or spinal trauma, orthopedic rehabilitation, and cardiovascular recovery not found anywhere else in the region.
It has been an honor to serve the Leawood community for the past 20 years, and we look forward to continuing to grow with the community over the coming years.
