Leawood Police Receive AAA Platinum Award
The Leawood Police Department was recognized with their 5th consecutive AAA Platinum award for their Community Traffic Safety efforts. This is the highest award achievable. The award was presented to Leawood Police Chief Troy Rettig by representatives of the Kansas Department of Transportation. Leawood is one of 16 communities in Kansas to receive the Platinum award.
