Marketing & Communications Committee

This committee works with Chamber staff to ensure a consistent and relevant communications strategy for the purposes of program messaging and promoting Chamber benefits. The committee helps evaluate existing programming and develops new programs to meet member needs with the aim of achieving membership growth and increased retention.

Leawood Young Professionals

This committee serves to coordinate and execute events for young professionals between the ages of 21-39. The Committee helps foster an environment where young professionals can network, continue to grow basic business and industry specific skills, find opportunities to give back to their community, and grow their own list of referral sources.

Event Planning Committee

The Event Planning Committee meets to implement, plan, and assess Chamber programs and events. Primarily, the Committee helps in selecting topics and speakers for Chamber Breakfasts and Luncheons on appropriate and current business issues that are entertaining, educational, and enriching to our members.

The Committee may also suggest, discuss, and schedule additional programming to benefit the members of the Chamber with review by the Chamber President and Board of Directors.
