Regular Event Admissions

General Membership Meetings, State of the City, Annual Meeting, Education Programs, Chamber Day at the Speedway, Legislative Luncheon, State of the County, and other similar events:

The Chamber’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events.  Cancellations received during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F, except holidays) in advance of the publicized cancellation deadline for that event, in person, by phone, or by email will be refunded in full using the same method utilized for the original payment. Each event will have a clearly visible cancellation deadline on the event reservation form.

Membership Dues

Payment for Membership Dues in the Leawood Chamber of Commerce are due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year. Dues are only refundable in the event the membership application is not approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

A Taste of Leawood Tickets

A Taste of Leawood is a “Rain or Shine” event, and there are no refunds. All sales are final.  These tickets have value and should be safeguarded as you would cash or other valuables.  Lost tickets can only be replaced by signing a “lost ticket affidavit”. In the event that your “lost” tickets are presented at the event, you are liable for payment for the reissued tickets and your credit card will be charged for the full price of the reissued tickets.

Sponsorships

The Chamber does not offer refunds on any sponsorships.

Special Order Items

No refunds are available for customized or special order items such as name badges, hats, or shirts.

Licensed Items

No refunds are available for licensing fees for the use of such items as member mailing lists, Leawood Chamber logo, etc.
