Regular Event Admissions
General Membership Meetings, Annual Meeting, Education Programs, Legislative Luncheon, Chamber At The Tee, State of the County, and other similar events:
The Chamber’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events. Cancellations received during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-T and 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, except holidays) in advance of the publicized cancellation deadline for that event, in person, by phone, or by email will be refunded in full using the same method utilized for the original payment. Each event will have a clearly visible cancellation deadline on the event reservation form.
Payment for membership dues in the Leawood Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal year. Dues are only refundable in the event the membership application is not approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
A Taste of Leawood Tickets
Tickets to “A Taste of Leawood” whether purchased online, over the phone, or in person, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Rain or shine event. Must be 21 or older to attend. Valid ID and ticket required for admission. All sales are final and ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so safeguard it as you would cash or other valuables.

Special Order Items
No refunds are available for customized or special order items such as name badges, hats, or shirts.
No refunds are available for licensing fees for the use of such items as member mailing lists, the Leawood Chamber logo, etc.
