Do the Math: Figure out your carbon footprint. Check out CarbonFootprint.com, or the EPA's personal emissions calculator.
Around the house: Practice simple actions like turning your air conditioner to 72 degrees or use compact fluorescent light bulbs. These cost effective ideas save you money, while making our air cleaner. For more tips visit CarbonFootprint.com.
Out & about: Reduce emissions by carpooling, limiting recreational driving, biking, or staying in for lunch. To connect with carpoolers in the area, check out R ... (go to www.leawoodchamber.org for more information)
